Very nice apartment complex! The new manager Lisa responds very quickly, matinence is usualy really quick about addressing any issues you may have. They do an amazing job at letting you know whats going on within the complex and what to expexct as well. Overall the apartments are pretty spacious and everyone's really nice!

Each apartment features large closets, picture windows, appliances, private patios or decks, and washer and dryer hookups.

All apartments come with laundry hook-ups. Residents can bring their own washer and dryer.

Is there additional storage or parking?

Yes, garages are available for an additional $75 per month.

Are the grounds maintained?

Yes, Mallard Lake Apartments offers beautifully landscaped grounds for residents to enjoy.

Is there an onsite management office?

Yes, a rental office is located onsite for your convenience.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes, online payment options are available for residents.

Mallard Lake Apartments offers a quiet country setting with quick access to all Plymouth has to offer.

What is the pet policy?

We allow up to 2 pets per unit for all residents. A $350 pet registration fee and $30 monthly pet fee also applies with a 30 lb weight limit. Some breed limitations apply and up to date shot records must be shown as well as record of spaying/neutering.

Do you offer renters insurance?

All residents are required to have renters insurance at all times. We can provide $100,000 liability for $12.50 per month.
